A Sunset staff infused with Dark has the highest damage for staff-cast hexes. A Chime of Want infused with Dark has the highest damage for chime-cast hexes. It has pretty low casting speed though, a Dark Caitha's Chime casts faster, but with slightly less damage. Caitha's cant cast miracles though, only hexes.

Hexes are pretty fun man. They got good utility and are probably the most varied out of the 4 magics.
